You Pay for Traffic That Doesn't Convert
Meta Ads, Google search and email marketing brought them to your page. Here are the three moments they leave without buying.
A 9pm Question, Unanswered
A shopper asked about sizing at 9pm and got no reply until Monday. By then they had already bought the same product somewhere else. The Reply Arrives Too Late
A question at 2pm gets an answer at 6pm. The intent to buy lasted minutes, and the traffic you paid for has already gone elsewhere. Most Shoppers Never Ask
For every shopper who writes in, dozens leave in silence. Your analytics records the bounce, never the question that caused it.
The Average Store Replies in 47 Hours
It’s not just your store, and it’s not a guess. You paid for those visits, and independent researchers measured where they go.

Stefano Bertoli
I Know Where the Money Leaks
I am Stefano Bertoli, and I build managed AI voice and chat agents for WordPress stores. Before I quote anyone I run this audit on their store. I won’t sell an agent to a shop whose real problem is a product page that answers nothing.
About a third of the time it says the agent isn’t the first thing they need, and I say so. If you run it yourself and the number is small, we both saved a call. If it is large, you know what it is worth before we ever speak.
I lead every deployment personally. My team runs the infrastructure. That is also why this document exists before the sale rather than after it. I would rather find out in an afternoon that your problem is not one I can fix.
Nothing to Pay Before You Go Live
on Lite and Starter
I am covering the implementation cost for stores that come in while I have no public results to show. They are taking the earlier risk, and this is how I price it. The audit is free either way, and it tells you whether this is worth doing at all.
Questions People Ask Before They Download It
Ten answers, none of them a pitch. If the honest answer is that this is not for you, that is what it says.
How long does the audit actually take?
5 minutes for the first pass, which is the ten-question opener. About 90 minutes for all 7 areas if you do it properly with your dashboard open. You can stop after the first part and still have a number.
What do I need in front of me?
Your order count and average order value for last month, your customer count, and the inbox your questions arrive in. Everything else is in the document, including where each number sits in your admin.
Is this a sales pitch in a PDF?
One section near the end covers what a managed AI agent does and does not fix. It is marked as such, so you can skip it. The other 6 work whether you ever speak to me or not.
Should I just hire someone to answer instead?
That’s exactly the decision this audit is built to inform. It prices the hours you spend answering. A hire, an outsourced team and doing nothing then each get a number. You compare them on one page instead of guessing.
What happens to my email address afterwards?
It goes on a list I use to send the audit. After that, occasional notes about what I find in other stores. One click to leave, and I share it with nobody. Leaving does not take the audit back.
Does it work with WooCommerce and FluentCart?
Yes, and the 7 areas are platform-neutral, so the formulas run on numbers any store has. The WooCommerce and FluentCart notes tell you which admin screen each number sits on. SureCart is next for the agent, and the audit runs on a SureCart store today either way.
Do I need a developer to run it?
No. You read numbers off screens you already open, and you type them into the worksheet. Everything it asks for is a number your admin already shows you, so nothing has to be built or installed.
What if my numbers are messy or missing?
Then the audit tells you that, and it’s a finding in itself. Every formula shows its working, so you can put a rough number in and watch how much the answer moves. That tells you whether it is worth measuring properly.
Can I run it again next quarter?
Yes, and that’s the point of a weighted score. Re-run the same 7 areas in three months and one number tells you whether the work moved anything. A pile of separate metrics never does.
What if it says I do not need an AI agent?
Then the document says so plainly, and it happens often enough that I wrote a section for it. A store whose real problem is pricing or a product page will not be fixed by an agent. I’d rather you knew that first.
One last thing
You Already Know It's Happening. You Don't Know the Number
Ask most Ecommerce owners what unanswered questions cost them and you get a shrug, not a figure. The visits are already lost, the only thing missing is the size of the loss. The audit puts a number on it.
