More Traffic Will Not Fix a Weak Area
Your store is probably growing on one or two strengths. That’s enough to get you here. It is not enough to get you further, because the areas you never look at are the ones that leak.
Nothing Is Broken but Growth Stopped
There is no incident to investigate, no error to fix, so nothing gets looked at. You buy more traffic to hit numbers that used to arrive on their own.A Weak Area Multiplies at Your Size
At small volume it is an annoyance. At yours it hits every ad you run and every cart that fills. A 3% leak on your base is a 5-figure bleed a year. You Cannot Fix What You Never Measured
Ask an Ecommerce owner which area of their marketing is weakest and most cannot say. Nobody has ever put all of it on one page at once.

Stefano Bertoli
I Know Where the Money Leaks
I am Stefano Bertoli, and I build managed AI voice and chat agents for WordPress stores. Before I quote anyone I run this audit on their store. I won’t sell an agent to a shop whose real problem is a product page that answers nothing.
About a third of the time it says the agent isn’t the first thing they need, and I say so. If you run it yourself and the number is small, we both saved a call. If it is large, you know what it is worth before we ever speak.
I lead every deployment personally. My team runs the infrastructure. That is also why this document exists before the sale rather than after it. I would rather find out in an afternoon that your problem is not one I can fix.
Nothing to Pay Before You Go Live
on Lite and Starter
I am covering the implementation cost for stores that come in while I have no public results to show. They are taking the earlier risk, and this is how I price it. The audit is free either way, and it tells you whether this is worth doing at all.
Questions Ecomm Owners Ask Before They Download It
Who does the scoring, what it costs you, and how honest the document is about the parts I do not sell.
How long does the audit actually take?
About twenty minutes an area, so all twenty-two is a day’s work. It is built in four groups, so you can take one group per sitting instead of clearing your afternoon. Your first instinct on each area is usually right, so score it rather than research it. Score all four groups though: the verdict needs every subtotal.
Are the 22 areas an industry standard?
No. I built the 22 Ps of Marketing years ago, on top of the classic 4. Those 4 were written in the 1960s and most stores still run on them alone. The document says so in its own opening, and it names what I do and do not touch.
What if my overall score comes out low?
Then the plan gets smaller, not bigger. One category, 3 areas, 90 days. The other 19 are left alone on purpose, and that is the rule the roadmap enforces.
Do I have to book a call to get the audit?
No. There is no call in this offer. If you want to see an AI agent handle a real question afterwards, there is a demo you can book. That is your move to make.
What happens to my email address afterwards?
It goes on the list that sends you the audit, and then the walkthrough: one area a day for twenty-two days, each with a check you can run that day, then six more on how to read your score. I don’t share it. One click to leave.
Who actually does the scoring, you or me?
You do. That is why it is free, and why it asks real time of you rather than five minutes. Nobody sees your scores unless you decide to send them to me.
Is this really a pitch for your AI agents?
I improve 3 of the 22, and the document names which 3 on its own pages. If your constraint is one of the other 19, it says so, and I am not the answer.
Is it useful under 30 thousand a month?
Yes, but less. Below that a weak area is an annoyance. Above it the same weakness multiplies across every ad you run and every cart that fills.
What do I need open while I fill it in?
For most of the 22, you need to know your numbers. A few ask whether you know your margin, CAC and CLV by channel. If you have to go and look them up, that is the answer. Not knowing is a low score, not a reason to stop.
How is this different from your Store Audit?
That one is operational. It puts a euro figure on the leaks you have this month. This one is strategic and asks whether the marketing system is sound. Start here if growth has flattened.
The real question
What If You Are Fixing the Wrong Thing?
22 honest scores give you one constraint and three areas to move this quarter. Most of what it surfaces you could have found yourself, given enough time. What it adds is the order: which one to fix first, and that is the part that is hard to see from inside your own store.
